How long does it take to get set up?
Minutes, and you do it yourself. Create your business, add your services and prices, then import your owners and pets from a CSV. There is no onboarding queue to wait in.
Can owners book for themselves?
Owners sign in to the owner portal, request boarding, daycare, grooming or training, manage their pets and upload vaccine records. Every request comes to you to approve or decline, so you stay in control of the diary.
Do you handle payments?
Today you can raise invoices against a booking, download them as PDFs and take a percentage deposit by bank transfer, which you mark as reconciled when it lands. Online card payments are built but not switched on yet, so please don't choose Biffles for card processing alone.
What if I run more than one location?
Biffles runs one business per account at the moment. There is no multi-site roll-up yet, so a second location means a second account.
Is my data locked in?
No. Import your client list from another platform on the way in, and export your owners, pets, bookings and invoices to CSV at any time on the way out.
